the hotel offers a serene escape with easy access to the city, just a short subway ride away. i found the views, especially from the rooftop terrace, captivating. the rooms felt fresh and clean, and the design had an ingenious, cozy atmosphere. i could always find help from the staff.
The hotel charged destination fees. I was unaware of these fees until checkout.

The location was convenient. A short walk to the tram made getting around easy.
The room was quite disappointing. The air conditioning unit was loud. i found it frustrating that there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room. the lack of basic amenities.

I loved the easy access to manhattan via the tram. It was super quick and offered fine views. the staff was very friendly and always available to assist with any questions i had.
i noticed that the plastic cups in the bathroom seemed a little basic for a hotel of this standard.

The breakfast offered several options. I could use a $15 credit included in the accommodation price! the service staff was always friendly and dedicated. the hotel also has a lovely view. The location is beautiful.
The hotel beds were too hard. It reminded me of a cheaper hotel trying to save money.
