The room was well-appointed and clean. The view of the skyline was fantastic! The hotel is close to the tram and subway stations. The area around the hotel not sketchy at all for walking around the local parks. River walks are also present.
The elevators were slow because of rooftop bar patrons. This penalized hotel guests.

the hotel offers a serene escape with easy access to the city, just a short subway ride away. i found the views, especially from the rooftop terrace, captivating. the rooms felt fresh and clean, and the design had an ingenious, cozy atmosphere. i could always find help from the staff.
The hotel charged destination fees. I was unaware of these fees until checkout.

the room had lots of light with windows and good black-out blinds. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so i slept well. the rooms had well-designed spaces.

The location was convenient. A short walk to the tram made getting around easy.
The room was quite disappointing. The air conditioning unit was loud. i found it frustrating that there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room. the lack of basic amenities.

I loved the easy access to manhattan via the tram. It was super quick and offered fine views. the staff was very friendly and always available to assist with any questions i had. i found complimentary water bottles near the elevators, a thoughtful touch, especially after a long day of exploring.
i noticed that the plastic cups in the bathroom seemed a little basic for a hotel of this standard.

The breakfast offered several options. I could use a $15 credit included in the accommodation price! the service staff was always friendly and dedicated. the hotel also has a lovely view. The location is beautiful.
The hotel beds were too hard. It reminded me of a cheaper hotel trying to save money.
